To all our loyal blog readers....we apologize for the lack of posts!! Here is a quick recap!!

Mary and I were fortunate enough to score some tickets to a Wheel of Fortune taping in the city. We have both grown up watching the show and it was crazy to see Vanna and Pat in person!! My Mom and Danielle joined in the fun and I think Mary and Danielle were caught on tape at least 12 times. Show will air 11/12 and 11/13!!

Tim and Jen got married last weekend!! Congrats to one of the best couples out there!! We had a great night away from our normal night to night routine and it was so much fun to catch up with our friends.

On Sunday we had a great play-date with some friends! Isabelle had a great time playing with Sophia and her toys!! We had the chance to catch up with Meredith and Isabelle loves her new duck!! She has already named it "Duckie Mer"....

Also on Sunday we went to a farm with Tim, Michelle, Elise and Joe. Joe and Isabelle got caught sitting on the pig :-) Elise sat on the cow :-) No animal was harmed.....

Isabelle turns 2 !!!!!!

After a week of celebrating her birthday Isabelle officially turned two today!! It is hard to believe that she is two years old already. She is the light of our lives and we love her so much. She brings happiness to everyone in her life and she is going to be an amazing big sister !! Happy birthday lady bug. We love you forever and ever and always !!

For the first part of her Elmo party, Isabelle wore her flower girl dress. But since it was about 9000 degrees with 100% humidity, she eventually decided to change into a cooler sundress.

Isabelle loved her Elmo beach cake. (So did Mommy). Thank you Grammy and Grampy for getting this very special cake for Isabelle.

Isabelle got her first bike (with matching princess helmet- of course). She loves riding her bike with her co-pilot, baby Curious George.

Oh ya, Daddy had a birthday too. Poor George was sort of forgotten this year. All he got was this silly pop tart breakfast cake (He didn't even get to blow out this candle. Isabelle did it for him)and a small ice cream cake. But he was a good sport about sharing his birthday week with Isabelle.

PMC Weekend

We are way over due for a blog entry ! We have been very busy over the past few weeks and are just getting a chance to catch up (pardon the pun :)) So we have actually posted 3 entries. Enjoy !

Last weekend George completed his 9th PMC. He did an amazing job and completed the ride in record time after not doing too much training. So his new nickname is Super George.

As always it was a bittersweet weekend. We were able to celebrate George being a survivor and many other stories of survivorship and hope. But there were also lots of tears and sad stories of loss. But PMC weekend is an annual favorite summer event for us. We look forward to seeing our PMC friends every year and it is a great reality check on what is really important in life.

We love you George and are so proud of you for riding and raising money every year for the Perini Clinic.

On Sunday we went to Grammy and Grampy's to relax by the pool and have a cook out. Isabelle actually went in the pool. She was timid at first, but then she eventually went in up to her belly. Thank you to Grammy and Grampy for hosting us.

Jen and Greg's Wedding

Jen and Greg had a great wedding weekend on the Cape. The weather was perfect and Jen was an absolutely beautiful bride. Isabelle was the flower girl and she walked down the aisle with George. She did a great job and it was so cute to see her and Daddy walk down the aisle together.
We wish Jen and Greg many years of happiness together !

The Arizona Girls !!!!

A few weeks ago we headed down to Rhode Island to see Bethany, Juliana, and Amelia. We had a great visit with the girls and as always we were sad to leave because we won't get to see them until Christmas. But we had so much fun and Amelia's bright purple cast was great !!!

The Island and more beach!

Mary ventured off to the "island" with her friends this weekend to catch up, relax and have lots of fun! I went fishing with Pete and we caught a very large (40+ inches) striper fish. Really we did! The water was cold but the waves were big! Thanks to Nana and Papa for watching and taking care of Isabelle on Saturday while Mary and I relaxed and enjoyed ourselves!

It is a bridge not an ark !

We all survived the storm of the century!! Mimi was busy building us a new bridge and man was it tested!! We received 6 inches of rain in a few hours and we had plenty of water views!! Mimi's bridge stood the test and remained in place. Isabelle loves her new bridge and loves walking across it and looking into the stream!! Thanks Mimi!!
