A lot of "Catching Up"....

To all our loyal blog readers, Mary and I apologize :-) Between us running around, all of us being sick (Isabelle with double "pink eye"), a wedding(congrats Melissa and Eric), celebrating Papa's birthday, and just all around craziness - we have not been good bloggers.

In the past few weeks, Isabelle has learned some new tricks which include standing up, taking her first step(?, might have been a fall), eating new foods (her new fav is vanilla waffers and ice cream), continuing to find spots where she shouldn't be (some weird obsession with her diapers - yes dirty ones in the trash(?)), sleeping a lot, and climbing up/down stairs. Isabelle now has 7 teeth and she is using them her advantage as she tackles the aforementioned new foods with ease!

We really are the luckiest parents in the world and have been blessed with such a great little girl. Her adventurous spirit is evident every day and she loves to smile, talk (a mixture of german and french) and laugh all the time. She brings so much joy to our lives and this helps when she wakes up before 6:30AM (although not very often :-)
